The initial consultation requires a little more time in order for me to get to know you and your pet, and I will spend some time asking you questions about your pets routine, lifestyle and home environment before conducting a thorough physical assessment. During the initial consultation I will discuss with you what you wish to get out of your pets appointments and a treatment plan will be completed.

Payment is required upon booking or at the time of the appointment. Military and service animal discounts are available for working and retired service animals (evidence must be provided), please contact me to arrange an appointment to ensure the discount can be applied.

Cancellation policy

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation cost. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please contact me immediately on contact@betterpet.uk. Thank you for your understanding!
